All client monies are held in dedicated client accounts with robust controls and systems in place. As a RICS Regulated firm, client funds are also protected by the RICS Clients’ Money Protection Scheme. We are also licensed, via the RICS Designated Professional Body Scheme on behalf of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to carry out general insurance mediation activities on behalf of our clients. We are registered with HMRC under The Money Laundering Regulations and with the Information Commissioners Office under The Data Protection Act 1998.
