We hold Professional Indemnity Insurance cover at levels substantially in excess of the minimum level of £1.1 million for each and every claim required by RICS in order to cater for our institutional clients. Copies of our PI policy are available upon request.
All client monies are held in dedicated client accounts with robust controls and systems in place. As a RICS Regulated firm, client funds are also protected by the RICS Clients’ Money Protection Scheme. We are also licensed, via the RICS Designated Professional Body Scheme on behalf of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to carry out general insurance mediation activities on behalf of our clients. We are registered with HMRC under The Money Laundering Regulations and with the Information Commissioners Office under The Data Protection Act 1998. Copy certificates are available to clients upon request.
