Tom Richardson

Thomas joined our Commercial Property Management Team in September 2025 as part of our Summer 2025 Graduate intake. He holds a BA(Hons) in Business and Management from Oxford Brookes University and a PGDip in Real Estate from London Southbank University. Prior to joining Landswood, he gained 2 years’ experience working for a special purpose vehicle, assisting a local council with their residential portfolio. Thomas will be progressing his APC at Landswood and currently works within the Shopping Centre team.
