Sam joined Landswood de Coy LLP in 2022 to work in the commercial property management department. He brings experience in both the commercial and residential sectors, providing professional services such as rent reviews and lease renewals. Sam manages a portfolio nationwide, including high value properties in central London on behalf of private clients, charities and REITs. Sam has a BSc(Hons) in Real Estate Management from the University College of Estate Management and is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
