Natalie joined Landswood de Coy LLP in November 2023 as Head of HR, with responsibility for the life cycle of the employee, from recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, as well as providing support and advice to the team with any employee-related issues. She brings with her over 12 years’ experience in human resources within the private and public sectors.
