Baykan joined Landswood de Coy LLP in April 2022. She plays a key role in the Residential Property Management department, overseeing all aspects of property operations, from tenant relations to maintenance and repairs. Baykan has qualifications in Business Administration and Management and is fluent in written and spoken Turkish.
