Ari Eckstein

Investment

Ari began his career at London and Provincial and left to form niche investment agency Beech Investment in 2000 before joining with Edward to form Landswood de Coy LLP in 2006. He specialises in advising real estate investors on all aspects of property investment and has gained significant expertise in complex transactions and funding arrangements.Ari has excellent relationships with both agents and principals and has acquired an excellent reputation for his discretion and ability to close complex transactions.

Recent significant transactions include acting for BlackRock on a £105 million portfolio acquisition to seed their Long Income Fund and the sale of a European portfolio to M7 Real Estate for €45 million on behalf of a private investor.

Edward Schwab

Asset Management

Edward began his career at David Pearl’s Structadene Group and gained experience in all aspects of commercial property investment, ultimately being granted responsibility for asset management across their £1 billion portfolio. Edward specialises in identifying latent value at pre-acquisition stage and in transforming this into increased cash-flow through active management. Edward has a BSc(Hons) in Urban Estate Management from the University of Westminster and is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Edward holds property management and asset management mandates on behalf of a variety of clients including private investors, family offices and overseas institutions. Recent significant instructions and transactions include property management instructions on shopping centres in Altrincham, Cheshire and Maidstone, Kent on behalf of a Swiss Asset Manager and the asset management and property management instruction on a nationwide portfolio of retail parks on behalf of a private family office.

Jack Taub

Property Management

Jack joined Landswood de Coy LLP in 2013 and has taken responsibility for a variety of client portfolios including a significant industrial portfolio in the North East comprising several substantial multi-let estates. He also manages site-based Facilities Management and Security staff across our portfolio. Jack holds the AssocRICS qualification.

Michael Perlin

Lease Advisory

Michael has been with Landswood de Coy LLP since 2011 acting as a Consultant handling rent reviews and lease renewals. Michael has over forty years experience in Landlord and Tenant matters and was previously a Director of a publicly quoted company. He also acts as an appointed Arbitrator and Independent Expert for The Dispute Resolution Service of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. His meticulous approach, attention to detail and unrivalled experience have provided exceptional results for our clients.

Emma Brown

Head of Client Accounting

Emma joined Landswood de Coy LLP from Chestertons in 2017 where she held a senior accounting position. Emma heads our Client Accounting team and oversees our Credit Control and Purchase Ledger functions. In addition to regular accounting to clients, Emma has expertise in service charge accounting and submits VAT returns to HMRC for a number of clients. Her significant Qube expertise and organisational skills have added great value to our accounting processes. Emma holds a degree in Business & Enterprise from Royal Holloway University and a number of accounting qualifications and diplomas.

Bethel Tedros

Property Management

Bethel joined Landswood de Coy in 2019 having previously worked at Savills and at a specialist block manager. Bethel holds a BSc in Mathematics and Finance from City University as well as an MSc in Property Finance. She has significant block management expertise including representing clients in matters at the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and is fluent in written and spoken Dutch and Amharic.
